Sonic Drive-In

Me and my wife placed separate orders and had the worst experience. The lady who answered at the stall was extremely rude and short. She told us to go to the drive thru so we did. We asked her for sauce and she cut us off and said in the bag. Those were not in the bag. I felt rushed and treated disrespectfully. The chicken bites tasted like cigarettes the smell was disgusting.

This is the worst restaurant in the city. I waited 30 minutes for an online order. It came out cold and my large fry wasn't even half full. I decided to give them one more chance and it was the same deal the second time. Ridiculously slow and food was cold and not eve what you pay for. Based on the other 1 star reviews this seems like a common theme. They need to fire everyone in that store and start fresh. It used to be a nice place to go to now I wouldn't dare spend another dollar there. Bad experiences like the ones so many have had kill businesses. The owner obviously hires the cheapest employees he can and you can clearly see the results of that. The staff and management frankly do not care. This store will not survive another 5 years if they don't make some changes.

First time I have ever gotten Sonic and will be the last time. The workers had an attitude toward me from the beginning even though I was nice to them, except the window guy. My order has 5 jalapeno ranch included acording to the app and they gave me a bunch of ketchup packets. The funny thing is, I do not like ketchup. So of course I pulled back into the drivethrough, and they gave me ONE???? I told them I got 5, and they were like "but did you pay for it"???? What kind of service is this Sonic?

Went on match 8th not only did they not have 2 of my drinks. They would not refund me for them. Also chili dogs were soggy ice cold and nasty.both slushies were melted. Plus there app shows I was out in minutes and I can prove on life 360 I was there for over forty. I complained to them and corporate asked for a refund and they sent me a free burger in app code. Never returned multiple messages about a refund . Will not be back order was 30 some dollers for crap. Also I did try to contact them to resolve but they just informed me I will not be back till it is corrected.

4/11/26 Fries overdone, almost brown. Soft pretzel was chewy on the inside and dark and wrinkly on the outside, eww. Forgot part of my order so when I called in and they brought the item out, there was no "sorry about that," or "have a great night," OR EVEN A "THANK YOU." Didn't give me any of the sauces I paid for. Absolute laziness. 8/9 Great, speedy service lately. I guess ordering during the afternoon is the way to go. And then ...... when leaving your store had to witness the man taking out your trash more than just spit in your parking lot. Nasty. Disgusting.Gross. Made me want to throw away the lunch I just bought. Have some class. 3:30 pm 7/17/25 Good service tonight and order was correct. So good job for once. Kept waiting a horrific amount of time though. Also, a garbage can in the lot was jammed full and looked like it had been there 75 years and run over by a semi a few times. Food: Are you kidding me? This is Reese's peanut butter Blast? Only two thirds full. Barely Reese's crumbs in bottom. So sad. Service: Speaker next to inaudible. Atmosphere: Looks closed down.
